SHIPPING DELAYS
Once the carrier picks up your package from our store, you will be sent a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package. We are not responsible for delays from the carrier.
LOST/DAMAGE PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.
Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. We please ask that you file a missing package claim with the post office/carrier.
